Female Chefs ES Magazine Feature

Over a two day period I photographed 4 of London’s top female chefs in their favourite food stores. The feature took me all across the capital starting in the North with Selin Kiazim who chose Turkish supermarket Yassar Halim,  which was an explosion of colour and gorgeous smells hovering from patisserie department. Next we visited Elizabeth Allen who orders the bread for her restaurant from East London bakery The Dusty Knuckle. Foraging the shelves for cheese and fresh produce at La Fromagerie over in the West was Amandine Chaignot and finally we met Shuko Oda in her favourite Butchers, The Butchery in Forest Hill, South London.
