Last month I had the opportunity to photograph Manchester band MONEY on a fly by trip to London. Having limited time and a restricted location before their next press session, I was pleased I finally got to use a location I have had on my list for a while.
After a quick M&S lager splurge by frontman Jamie we headed off to a couple of spots I had found on my reccie. Posing band pictures is always a challenge, often they can look boring if the instruction is simply to stand there and look cool. So it’s always a (somewhat daunting) pleasure to have a slightly unpredictable frontman at the helm. For MONEY it is Jamie. He says outrageous things, gets bored of standing around but then is incredibly dedicated to producing an interesting image.
And lets face it, a bit of flesh always helps.
