For my first commission for Baltic magazine I photographed Robert Flynn the chairman and president of shipping brokers MJLF & Associates.
Having travelled over from New York the day before and then booked on a flight to mainland Europe shortly after our shoot, Robert was undoubtedly a busy man. However despite his jetlag and the early morning start, I found that I had his full attention from the beginning. He jovially complied with all my suggestions, and even posed with an origami boat that I had made to try and tie in with his business. At the end of the shoot he asked my assistant and I to sign the boat and took it with him to Europe.
