Joining Nuno Mendes in the Time Out feature where well-known chefs are pictured at their favourite ‘cheap eats’ London eatery, are Sally Clarke and Ben Tish. The lovely thing about this series is that each chef I photographed was incredibly keen to promote the lesser known places that they chose for the feature.

Sally is a regular at Westbourne Park diner, Lucky Seven and Ben wanted to be photographed at his favourite falafel stall in Soho, Jerusalem, though even without this publicity they often have queues around the block!
