Stylist Magazine Remarkable Women Awards 2020

For the second year running I’ve photographed the nominees for the Stylist magazine ‘Inspiration of the Year’ category at their Remarkable Women awards.

Last year my portrait of the winner Tobi Kyeremateng was one of the winning entries for the Portrait of Britain awards and was showcased on digital billboards around the UK so I was thrilled to be asked back to meet more inspiring women.

This year, the shortlist is Juliet Can- founder of Stour Trust, a social enterprise creating affordable workspaces for artists and low-income workers, Kike Oniwinde- founder of BYP (Black Young Professionals) Network, which connects black professionals with jobs and other people from their communities, and Lizzie Carr who founded online community and app ‘Plastic Patrol’ to educate people about pollution and their environment through adventure.
