On a recent job to the Welsh Valleys I visited a mine where locally made cheddar cheese is stored underground to mature. Unfortunately I didn’t get the opportunity to see the cheese in it’s home (although I’m quite claustrophobic so it’s probably for the best) but I did get chatting to these jovial Welsh miners who were more than happy to pose for a couple of pictures. I LOVE the flourescent orange overalls especially with the complimentary, late afternoon blue tone to the light.
