Leap Confronting Conflict

For a recent Professional Manager magazine I was sent to Leap Confronting Conflict to illustrate a feature about role reversal within the workplace. Leap is a social enterprise that provides training to young people to improve their employability, leadership and resolution skills. The duo I was photographing was trustee Peter Olawaye who is in his 20’s and his former employer, chief executive Thomas Lawson who is 20 years older. My brief was to convey the role reversal within the shots in an interesting dynamic way. As with most offices, the location was quite bland; white walls and not much space, however the sparseness of the room allowed me to focus on their good humoured relationship.
