After a small step away for a few months so as to concentrate on commissioned work, I have now restarted my Cat Portraits Project so as to indulge in my fascination with the creatures.
Last week it started with a bang when I met Marcel and Luna who are incredibly raucous and playful Devon Rex cats. After a million failed attempts of placing them on the chair together, their resolve began to wane so I eventually got a few precious shots.
I’ve never seen this breed before so was delighted to feature them in my project. They were very sweet and managed to look old and grumpy yet youthful and kitteny at the same time.
